A comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current concerns, treatment goals, and available treatment options.
Medication Management Follow-Up — $150
Follow-up visits may include reviewing symptoms, medication effectiveness, side effects, progress, laboratory results when applicable, and adjustments to the treatment plan.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been confirmed in advance.

Insurance participation may vary by state. A plan accepted in Texas may not be accepted in New York, Maryland, or Washington.
Patients may choose self-pay if Bethany is not contracted with their insurance in their state.
Appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the applicable appointment fee. Insurance plans generally do not cover these charges. Please review the full Practice Policies before scheduling.
